Think about this:

We all only have the same amount of hours in a day, how are you spending yours, because once they are gone, they are gone forever?

Let’s try suspending these three ‘Joy-Killers – The Three “C’s”:

 1) Criticism: it will lower your energy and increase your own negativity.

2) Comparison; it damages and weakens your self-esteem and self-confidence.

3) Complaining; what we give out, we get back; this also increases negativity and tends to validate feeling hopeless and helpless.

Try these three “A, B, C” actions instead;

A) Appreciate – yourself and others, take time to be grateful every day; it rejuvenates your spirit and that gratitude will come back to you!

B) Be Positive! It’s always your choice so choose to be more positive. Looking for the positive in every adversity builds your hope, and nurtures your spirit and energy.

C) Celebrate! For yourself and others, take time to acknowledge and celebrate even small steps and progress (it doesn’t have to be big or expensive, just notice peoples’ effort); it’s re-energizing. it builds your self-esteem and comes back to you in appreciation, cooperation, and motivation from other people!

Try this for a week and see the difference it makes!
